Carla Gaye Price
9/9/59 – 11/4/89 Carla, daughter of Carl and Faye Price, brought joy to those who knew her and had a strong will to succeed. She completed her GED at James Sprunt Community College in 1980, despite her handicapping condition. She attended Wake Technical Community College in 1989 in the Computer Operations program. Her accomplishments showed the value of struggle in the face of adversity, and this scholarship in her memory continues her spirit. |
