Instructor Referrals
The ILC works together with instructors to ensure student success in their classes. If a student is having difficulty, instructors are encouraged to refer him or her to the ILC for individual tutorial assistance. Instructors can identify specific areas the student needs help with and be assured that ILC staff will focus on those areas
Students may also request a referral to the ILC.

Instructor Referral Form
We now offer an electronic referral form for your convenience.
The referral process is simple. First, complete a referral for a student who needs extra help. Instructors can:
a) type directly in the online form and print each individual referral
b) fill in all common fields, such as their name, class, etc. and print out a personalized supply to be completed manually
c) print out blank forms and complete them manually as needed.The student should bring the signed referral to the ILC on his or her first visit.
.Counselor Referrals
For Entrance Prep services, students need to bring a completed Counselor Referral Form to the ILC on their first visit. Counselor Referral Forms are obtained at a meeting with an admissions counselor.
