CompuTutor
The Online Computer Center (CompuTutor)
offers individual assistance and tutoring remotely to students
in mastering software-related skills and concepts.
What kind of help can I get?
- Online tutors can help you with your online classes in word-processing,
keyboarding, programming, desktop publishing, graphics,
web-development, and other course-related software.
- You can email questions to compututor@waketech.edu .
Please include the following information:
Name; Student ID #; Blackboard Username;
Course Code & Section No.; Instructor Name.
You should get a response within 24 hours.
- We can also set set up a remote tutoring session,
where an ILC instructor can log onto your computer
to assist you. It's like having your own private tutor
looking over your shoulder!
What other resources are available?
The Online Computer Center in Blackboard also offers
basic user guides, example exercises, and tutorials for
supplementary study.
