Procedures for Math/Computer Center
If you are enrolled in a Math or Computer class this semester, go to the appropriate Center to register. You will need your photo student ID card. You are encouraged to ask your instructor for a referral to the ILC.
Even if you are not enrolled in a computer class, you may use the computers in the Computer Center and get help with basic computer concepts.You must register with your student ID card each semester.
Once you have registered, you may use the services of the Math and Computer Centers. There is a time clock located at the entrance to each of the Learning Centers. On each visit to a Learning Center, you must swipe your student card when you arrive and you will receive a printed ticket. Keep the printed ticket with you while in the Center. When you leave, deposit your ticket in the designated receptacle, and be sure to swipe your student card again.
When you need help in the Math/Computer Center, raise your hand, and an instructor will come to assist you. Be aware that the computers systems are restored every night. If you need to save your work you should bring a flash drive, or you can save your files to your new my.waketech.edu SkyDrive.
